Makeup Sessions Policy
Elite Sports Academy reserves the right to offer makeup sessions to participants who miss sessions due to illness or injury. A valid doctor’s note must be provided to redeem any missed sessions. All absences must be communicated and approved by Elite Management.
All makeup sessions must be used within the same academic year in which the illness or injury occurred and cannot be transferred to a new academic year. If a makeup session is not attended, no refund or further credit note will be issued.
For long-term illness or injury, please contact our team directly to discuss potential options and support.
Parent/Guardian Attendance
For safety and supervision purposes, all swimmers must have a parent or guardian present for the entire duration of each lesson.
Makeup Session Guidelines
Makeup sessions must be completed within the same Term or Season as the original payment.
Makeup sessions are only applicable to participants who are fully registered and have completed payment.
Makeup sessions cannot be scheduled if there is an outstanding balance on the account.
If a scheduled makeup session is missed, no refund or additional credit will be provided.
All makeup sessions must be completed within the same academic year or within the duration of the enrolled programme.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds will be offered for sessions cancelled by the venue provider or Elite Sports Academy due to circumstances including, but not limited to: weather conditions, venue access or availability, venue condition, declared holidays, unexpected closures (temporary or permanent), staff injury or illness, road closures, changes in staff or coach availability.
Elite Sports Academy reserves the right to offer substitute venues or sessions when available. No refunds or credit notes will be issued if customers are unable to attend substitute classes or venues.
Cancellation Due to Participation Levels
Elite Sports Academy reserves the right to issue a credit note or offer an alternative programme to customers registered for sessions or programmes cancelled due to insufficient participation.
Once payment is received, all registrations and bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If a customer registers and pays for Elite activities that later clash with other activities starting after Elite registration, no refund will be provided. Makeup sessions may be offered in accordance with standard terms.
All credit notes issued are valid for six (6) months from the date of approval.
Fee Structure
All fees paid to Elite Sports Academy include a 30% administration and business cost and a 70% service fee (plus VAT).
If Elite cancels sessions and a credit note or alternate programme is not requested, only the service fee portion will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, calculated based on the remaining sessions or bookings in the paid term or period.
Service credits are valid only within the academic year in which they are issued and cannot be transferred to a new academic year.
Terms and Conditions
Once a participant is registered or the first instalment is paid, the policy cannot be cancelled or altered for the duration of the contracted period.
Elite Sports Academy LLC operates the https://elitesportsksa.com/ website and is domiciled in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All agreements are governed by KSA law and disputes shall be resolved exclusively by courts with jurisdiction in KSA.
Payments are accepted via Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED and SAR currencies.
We do not provide services to individuals or entities sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or related to sanctioned countries.
Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the website.
Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Privacy and Security
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information collected by https://elitesportsksa.com/ are strictly protected and will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
No debit or credit card information is passed to third parties during transactions.
We employ appropriate hardware and software security measures; however, no online transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
